The action of Help-Uro is based on the synergy of precious ingredients, among which Phyllanthus Niruri stands out, a plant traditionally known as “Stonebreaker”. It is renowned for its ability to promote the elimination of urinary stones, both urate and oxalate, acting at both the renal and bladder levels, making it particularly useful in cases of mixed urolithiasis, without altering urinary pH.
In addition, Help-Uro also contains vegetal extracts and mushrooms traditionally recognized by the international pharmacopeia for their diuretic and relaxing properties on urinary mucosa such as the Auricularia, Solidago Virgaurea, Vaccinium Macrocarpon, D-Mannose, a sugar extracted from birch and larch wood.

Renal failure is a pathology that can severely damage the kidneys, compromising their functionality. When it is established, the mechanism of disposal of waste substances present in the blood is altered and this leads to a progressive accumulation of these substances and intoxication of the organism.
