Camon presents Genius, the line of new mental activation toys for dogs

Camon will be present with its own stand at the important Zoomark 2019 event to be held at Bologna Fiere from 6 to 9 May.

Zoomark is one of the most important international trade shows in our sector. For this reason, also in the 2019 edition, we will participate with an important stand (you will find us at Hall 26, stand B91-C96) and with a significant presence during all the days of the event.
"Now in its eighteenth edition, which will take place from Monday 6 to Thursday 9 May 2019, the International Pet Products and Equipment Exhibition is the appointment that the world pet industry is waiting in order to show off a formidable platform which draws over 27 thousand qualified buyers from all over the world. Zoomark International represents in Europe the main event in odd-numbered years, an irreplaceable opportunity for market growth, exchange, comparison, professional updating and incentive for sector's innovation.

The fair is an opportunity to learn about the latest news, update yourself professionally, meet the great international players, promote your products and create new business opportunities in Italy and worldwide.
The previous edition, in 2017, marked new success records, including the addition of an additional pavilion to accommodate the large number of companies on the waiting list which aimed to attend the show. A total of 735 exhibitors, including 479 from 42 foreign countries, represented the best of the international production in food, accessories, care and comfort sectors for pets. The number of buyers and visitors has exceeded 27 thousand appearances of which one third from 100 countries (an overall of + 25% if compared to the previous edition of 2015).

The visit to Zoomark International is reserved exclusively for operators in the sector.

From today the Italian and international pet industry can count on a new reference player.
The Mindful Capital Partners fund, already owner of Croci, has completed the acquisition of Camon, thus creating a new group that presents itself on the market with all the solidity and reliability of 2 leading companies in the pet sector.
Roberto Canazza, founder and CEO of Camon, will join the new team as an investor, maintaining an important role in the operations management of this new company.

Little more than two years after the entry of the Mindful Capital Partners fund, the Croci Group, the Italian company active in the pet accessories and aquarium market, completed the merger with 100% of the share capital of Camon.
Founded in 1985 by Roberto Canazza in Albaredo d'Adige (Verona), Camon is specialized in the production and distribution of high-quality products for pets, including in its catalog thousands of items, that cover all the possible needs of dogs and cats, with specific attention to the segments of snacks, functional food, complementary foods and products for their care, beauty and well-being of pets.

A SYNERGY TO FACE NEW CHALLENGES AND SCENARIOS TOGETHER.
With the conclusion of the negotiation, the new reality born today brings together 2 historic and established companies such as Camon and Croci, a Group whose synergy aims to be more than the sum of the individual entities.
Camon's entry will bring the Croci Group's turnover to a figure of around 85 million euros, with the aim that the new company can quickly reach a revenue of 100 million euros.
For Camon this collaboration represents a further step in the path of affirmation on the market to increasingly become a reference player, strengthening its presence at a national level and expanding its relevance also at a European level in the world of accessories and pet care.
